The Health Care is a Human Right Campaign and is organizing throughout Maryland to make sure that the fundamental right to health care for everyone is recognized and that a national single-payer system is established.

Our campaign has chapters throughout Maryland, which are all run by volunteers. In addition, we have one full-time community organizer who does outreach and communications, supports the local chapters, and keeps us on track.

Your support is vital to building a strong grassroots movement in our state. With your help, we can build and maintain an organization that is powerful and based on the human rights principles of universality, equity, transparency, accountability, and participation. We particularly encourage you to become a sustainer, donating monthly with your credit card; it helps with our budgeting.

For tax purposes, please note that the Health Care is a Human Right - Maryland Campaign is under the fiscal umbrella of the Maryland chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program, a 501(c)(3) organization that processes donations to the campaign. Your donation is tax deductible.
